Sewing Machine Schedule Maintenance

Daily Sewing Machine Schedule Maintenance: 1.      Check the oil level if it below the lower level  2.      Test run as a general. 3.      Clean the machine every 8 to 12 operating hour. Weekly Sewing Machine Schedule Maintenance: 1.        Check the lube oil pot to refill before oil before oil drops below the low level. Monthly Sewing Machine Schedule Maintenance: 1.        Clean the dust from all motor timing belts.  Quarterly Sewing Machine Schedule Maintenance:  1.        Grease the take down roller driven gear and sub roller driving gear. Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance (SHIMA SEIKI, Hongqima and Stoll)

Daily Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance : 1.      Remove the dust at the yarn path or between tension disks from top tension equipment every 8 to 12 operating hour. 2.      Remove the dust on the yarn path from side tension every 8 to 12 operating hour. 3.      Remove the dust from yarn gripper/yarn cutter device every 8 to 12 operating hour. 4.      Clean the needle beds (needles and jack parts) with waste fabric. After that remove the dust in the grooves of the needle bed by using the air gun or needle bed cleaner (sold separately) every 8 to 12 operating hour. 5.      Clean the selector and select jack with waste fabric every 8 to 12 operating hour. 6.      Clean away any dust, oil, broken needles etc on the oil protection covers under the needle beds every 8 to 12 operating hour. 7.      Clean the yarn feeders every 8 to 12 operating hour. 8.      Clean the filter in the relay box every 8 to 12 operating hour.

Air Conditioning Schedule Maintenance
