Shaper Machine: A Shaper machine is a type of machine tool that uses linear relative motion between the workpiece single point cutting tool to machine a linear tool path. Uses of Shaper machine:   1.      It is used to surface finish. 2.      It is used to shape of metal parts.  The cutting tool is very similar to used on a lathe. Shaper machines are more used for machining   horizontal which is flat surface, angular and vertical surfaces. It is an excellent machine for squaring up a block.   It is an excellent machine   also   for concave or convex surface.  Capital:    Capital is defined as the language of economics assets, goods which was produced or any asset which is non-financial and that is used for production of goods and any serving.

Precautions of Shaper Machine: 1.       Always worn goggles to protect the eyes from flying particle of metal. 2.       The hands are not pass between the tool and the work while the machine is an operation. 3.       The tools are kept away from the moving parts of the machine. 4.       The machine is kept oiled . Precautions for drilling machine: 1.       The chuck key never lift in chuck. 2.       The floor around machine keeps clean. 3.       One must be used a brash to remove chip in drilling where hand must not be used. 4.       The spindle do not try to stop after the power is shut off by grasping it with hands.
