Central Drive system

Central Drive system has a central electrical motor. Through the overhead shop the power supplied to different machine tools.   Advantages: 1.       Motor is more or less evenly loaded and its maximum capacity utilization 2.       Cost is economic. One motor of more power costs less than many motors of less capacity.   Disadvantages:   1.       If the motor is out of commission, all the machine tools remain idle. 2.       The system does not allow very long distance transmission. It creates space problem, because of line shaft and the belt drives.   Modern machine tools are driven by individual motors. In developing countries older workshop have still central drive, because of lower investment cost. All D.C. motor all time used by special conditions. Available direct current can not be used.              The Selection of a Motor as a Machine Tool Drive     Electrical Drive System     Fixtures and Economics

The Selection of a Motor as a Machine Tool Drive

1.       The starting characteristics. 2.       The requirement of speed regulation. 3.       The torque and the power characteristics with respect to the shaft speed. 4.       The cost economy. 5.       The need t o breaking. 6.       The dynamic vibration such as vibration. 7.       The advantage of electrical energy. 8.       The efficiency including the operating condition. 9.       The robustness of motor.                                    Electrical Drive System     Fixtures and Economics     Whats way Walk Energy in Future?   What is Sheet cutting shearing machine, Combining shearing machine and Sheet bending machine?   Ceramic Membrane Material Synthesis and Testing Objective   China ready to land robot rover on Moon                                          Benefits of Membrance Reactor for Hydrogen Production from Biomass   Hydrogen Production Cost from Bi
