Drill Jig and Fixtures

Definition of Drill Jig: Drill Jig defined as a device which is ensuring that a hole to be reamed, tapped or drilled in a workpiece   will be machine in the proper phase.    In this work place should lighting as soon as possible. Should be large enough for holding.   Eliminates the sharp center’s for operator safety. Mention the Advantages of the Drill Jigs : It make possible to drill room or tap holes at much greater speeds and with greater accuracy. When Drill Jigs are used skill workers no need to operate it. The path of cutting tool control by Drill Jigs. Difference between the Drill Jigs and Fixtures: Drill Jig may be remedy around on the table and is not so fast with machine table. But Fixture always fastened with machine bed. Drill Jigs are physically limited and control the path of cutting tool. But fixtures do not guide by cutting tool generally. Drill Jigs applications is drilling, tapp

Why Diamond is Face-Centered Cubic Crystal Structure?

FCC means Face-Centeres Cubic structured which is known to all as a crystal structure.  Carbon variation and arrangement of a metal and which is fully stable allotrope. In whole world diamond is highest precious metal and it contains high corrosion resistance, hardness and also contain high thermal conductivity. Diamond stability is not grater than graphite but it is more use   diamond in our practical purpose. Diamond Application sector in industry, as a cutting tool, hard rigid, knives, cell and so on. Why diamond is various color? In a atom all carbon atoms make a strong covalent bong which greater than any other bond. All diamond contain some another metals which is very small amount but not negligible. It is used in various purposes. Diamond color is blue when it contain boron, Diamond color is green when it is comes to sun light. Diamond color is yellow when it   contain nitrogen metals. Diamond color is brown when it contains some residue which make defect

How can you drive a Flying Car?

A flying car which is also known   to all as a aircraft in street and people can take tour for a short duration or long duration. In whole world or Automobile sector one can see two types of motor one is auto and another is manual, which is more prefer by yourself. Most of the driver in aircraft prefer automated motor. In everyday many company and many scientist try to make a car which is continue or drive in air and street but they are failed to manage it   for a long duration. Glenn Curtiss who is chief of Wright brother designed aircraft in world first time. But it is try to jumped and it is successfully jumped and can not fly. After than all scientist do not stop working in automobile sector for trying to make a aircraft. Waldo Waterman first make the aircraft in 1910. In 1937 firstly go to air with his car Waterman Arrowbile which take attention from all people and amazing to all. In 1940 Jess Dixon fly his car in sky air by using automobile. But some unexpected scenery we s

Application of Powder Metallurgy:

Powder metallurgy techniques are used for the production of refractory metals, composite metals and porous metals and metal nonmetlas combinations and more efficient production method for certain parts. The high melting points of refractory metals make it impossible to use the conventional melting and casting techniques. The use of powder method for the manufacture of tungsten filament was described at the beginning of this chapter. This techniques only for the practical method of producing molybdenum, tantalum and others metals of the same group.  One of the outstanding uses of powder metallurgy is the combination of hard metals in th metallic matrix, which serves as the basis for cemented carbide products. In the production of cemented carbides in cutting tools, a suitable mixtures of the carbides of tungsten, tantalum and titanium with cobalt as a binder is compacted and presintered. In this condition metal can be cut, machined and ground to the final shape. The compact is th
