Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance (SHIMA SEIKI, Hongqima and Stoll)

Daily Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance:

1.     Remove the dust at the yarn path or between tension disks from top tension equipment every 8 to 12 operating hour.

2.     Remove the dust on the yarn path from side tension every 8 to 12 operating hour.

3.     Remove the dust from yarn gripper/yarn cutter device every 8 to 12 operating hour.

4.     Clean the needle beds (needles and jack parts) with waste fabric. After that remove the dust in the grooves of the needle bed by using the air gun or needle bed cleaner (sold separately) every 8 to 12 operating hour.

5.     Clean the selector and select jack with waste fabric every 8 to 12 operating hour.

6.     Clean away any dust, oil, broken needles etc on the oil protection covers under the needle beds every 8 to 12 operating hour.

7.     Clean the yarn feeders every 8 to 12 operating hour.

8.     Clean the filter in the relay box every 8 to 12 operating hour.

9.     Clean the dust around the fabric pile up detection switch, brush, and stitch presser with air compressor every 8 to 12 operating hour.

10.                         Clean the rears cover each filter from the outside of the machine. 

11.                         Oil thinly needle beds (front and back), jack, select jack and selector with brush every 8 to 12 operating hour.

12.                         Oil thinly movable sinker with brush every 8 to 12 operating hour.

13.                         Refill the oil pot every 8 to 12 operating hour.

14.                        Oil thinly carrier rail, upper part of carrier every 8 to 12 operating hour.

15.                         Oil thinly carriage rails (front & back) with brush every 8 to 12 operating hour.

Weekly Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance :

1.       Check the lube oil pot to refill before oil before oil drops below the low level.

Monthly Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance:

1.       Clean the dust from all motor timing belts. 

Quarterly Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance: 

1.       Grease the take down roller driven gear and sub roller driving gear.

Yearly Jacquard Machine Schedule Maintenance: 

1.       Grease the inside of carriage bearing section.

2.       Grease the ball unit.

3.       Clean the all circuit board by using electronic contact cleaner.
