Air Compressor Schedule Maintenance

Daily: 1.      Check oil level. 2.      Check readings on display (Temperature, Pressure and others message). 3.      Check the condensate is discharge during loaded operation. 4.      Check the pressure dew point temperature (compressor with integrated dryer.) 5.      Check pumps oil level. 6.      Inspect all air leaks. 7.      Remove water from drain water in tank and dryer. Weekly: 1.        Check the air filter, clean or replace. Monthly: 1.        Check safety relief valve. 2.        Check and tighten all bolts 3.        Check connection for leaks. 4.        Check cooler and clean. 5.        Check condenser of dryer and clean. Quarterly: 1.        Check the filter element of the electric cabinet. 2.        Remove the air filter element. If necessary, clean using air jet. Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements. 3.        Open the manual drain valve to clean the filter inside the electronic
