Advantage of fuel cell

Advantage of fuel cell is given bellow:  1.    Smaller size. 2.    2. High efficiency. 3.    Low emission. 4.    Minimum water use. 5.    Minimum set water production. 6.    Pollution free. 7.    No rotating moving parts. 8.    Efficient and Simple energy converter.

What is difference between Fuel cell and Battery?

Difference between fuel cell and battery is given bellow:                           Battery                                   Fuel Cell 1)     Battery is a close system. Fuel cell is open system. 2)     Chemical Changes occurs There is no change in chemical composition of electrolyte. 3)     Fuel supply intermittent. Fuel supply continuous. 4)     No isothermal reaction inside. Isothermal reaction inside. 5)     Supply power for definite length of time. Fuel cell supply power for indefinite length of time.

Fuel Cell and Operation of a fuel cell or construction

Fuel Cell:  Fuel cell is a steady flow device in which a fuel and an oxidizer are combined chemically in an isothermal reaction to produce electrical work. The fuel and oxidizer do not come into contact directly with each other. Operation of a fuel cell or construction:  Operation of a fuel cell completely by two reaction and which is divided by two that occurs on separate electron. One reaction is occurring on the surface of one electrode and ionizes   the fuel and released electrons into an external circuits. Other reaction takes place on the surface of the second electrode, a reaction occurs that accept electron from external circuit and ionize the oxidizations.

Chemical properties of a Battery:

Chemical properties of battery is given bellow 1              .       Mixture of H 2 O and H 2 SO 4 where it contain 60 % water and 40 % acid. 2               .       Lead (Pb ) solid. 3              .       Spong lead PbO 2 What is Battery capacity? Definition of Battery capacity : Battery Capacity is defined as the ability to supply   electrical energy   when flow charge. Battery capacity depends on following criteria 1                                  .       Size of the plate. 2                                  .       Number of the electrode plate. 3                                  .       Number of cells. 4                                  .       Amount of strength of electrolyte.  Battery Rating: 1                                   .       Reserve capacity. 2                                   .       Cold Cranking Ampere (CCA) 3                                   .       Ampere H
