Shaper Machine: A Shaper machine is a type of machine tool that uses linear relative motion between the workpiece single point cutting tool to machine a linear tool path. Uses of Shaper machine:   1.      It is used to surface finish. 2.      It is used to shape of metal parts.  The cutting tool is very similar to used on a lathe. Shaper machines are more used for machining   horizontal which is flat surface, angular and vertical surfaces. It is an excellent machine for squaring up a block.   It is an excellent machine   also   for concave or convex surface.  Capital:    Capital is defined as the language of economics assets, goods which was produced or any asset which is non-financial and that is used for production of goods and any serving.

Its size is following four ways.. i.                    By the diameter of largest disk that can be drilled through the center. ii.                  By the distance spindle moves up and down. iii.               By the maximum distance between the spindle and the table. iv.               By the distance from the column to the center of the spindle.  Common adjustment of a drill press: a.      To raise or lower the table. b.      To tilt the table. c.       To change spindle speed.
