What is difference between Ultrasonic Machining (USM) and Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM)?

Difference between Ultrasonic Machining (USM) and Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM) is given bellow: Ultrasonic Machining (USM) Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM)      1.       Ultrasonic Machining (USM) process use ultrasonic wave. 1.        Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM)    does not use ultrasonic wave. 2.       USM process use abrasive slury cutting edge. 3.       AJM process use steam of abbrasic particles as cutting ede. 4.       By Ultrasonic Machining (USM) process machining brittle and hard material. 5.       Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM)    process machining brittle and Fragile material. 1.       Ultrasonic Machining (USM) process does not require any nozzle to flow abrasive slurry. 6.       Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM)    required nozzle to flow air abrasive particles. 2.       The Ultrasonic Machining (USM) process does not any heat generation.

What is difference between Planning and others operation?

There are some basic difference between planning and others operation such as  1.       They offer full support, planners can be made to take large bulk or number of pieces one times.  2.       Enough parts are equal one time when heavy parts. 3.       The components of planner are massive.

Types of automobile engine

Types of automobile engines are given bellow: a.       Number of cylinders: According to number of cylinder engine is two, three, four, six, eight and twelve cylinder types. b.       Arrangement of cylinder: Arrangement of cylinder engine can divided many types such as row type engine and flat type engine. c.       Firing order: d.       Classification by cooling: According to cooling automobile engine are two types i.                     Water cooled ii.                  Air cooled e.       Classification by cycles: According to cycles automobile engine are two types i.                     Two stroke cycle ii.                  Four stroke cycle.  f.        Classification by Fuel: Mainly it depends on which types of fuel is used. According to fuel automobile engine are two types i.                     Diesel engine  ii.                  Petrol engine. g.

Sources of pollution in automobile and The ways for controlling emission control

Sources of pollution in automobile: There are four source of pollution in automobile a.       Without controls carburetor.  b.       Fuel tank emit fuel vapor.  c.       Crankcase emit blow by emission. d.       Tail pipe emit exhaust gases contain pollutants. The ways for controlling emission control: There are four ways for emission controlling and they are i.                     PCV (Positive crankcase   ventilation) ii.                  Evaporative emission control iii.                Exhaust after treatment iv.                Catalytic converter
