Bed, Head stock Assembly and Tail stock Assembly

Bed: Bed is the base of foundation of the lathe and it holds or support all the other parts bed deflection and vibration. Head stock Assembly: The head stock assembly is permanently is Fras trained to the top of the lathe. And carries revolving spin. Tail stock Assembly: The tail stock is other hand of the bed from the bed stock. Its spindle does not revolve but can be remove alarm the bed way and clamp in any position.

Principles Parts of a Lathe Machine and Types of Lathe Machine

Principles Parts of a Lathe Machine 1.     Bed 2.     Head Stock Assembly 3.     Tail Stock Assembly 4.     Carriage 5.     Feed and Threading Mechanism Types of Lathe Machine: There are two broad classes of Lathe Machine a.     Manual one tool lathe Machine b.     Automated and generally multi-tooled lathe Machine. There have some lathe for production such as  1.     Wheel lathe machine 2.     Oil country lathe machine 3.     Oil well lathe machine

Carriage and Main Parts of Carriage

Carriage:   Between the head stock and tail stock that had several forms and serve to support move and control the cutting.         Main Parts of Carriage : 1.     Saddle 2.     Cross-slide 3.     Apron 4.     Tool Post 5.     Compound rest Common Operations of a Lathe Machine: 1.     Turning: Turning is divided in two types and they are a.     Straight Turning and b.     Taper Turning. 2.     Facing 3.     Necking 4.     Knurling 5.     Parting 6.     Thread cutting 7.     Forming

What is difference between ideal fuel cell and actual fuel cell?

Difference between Actual fuel cell and Ideal fuel cell is given bellow: Actual Fuel Cell Ideal Fuel Cell a)   In actual fuel cell the transport of oxidizer, electrolyte, fuel and product from electrode. Surface is not in proper proportion and complex Proper proportions are maintained and make the system simple. b)   Homogenous reaction take place for three phase interface of an oxidizer, a liquid fuel electrolyte and solid electrode.  No homogenous reaction take place. c)    The diffuser process at the electrode surface is quiet complex. Simple. d)   Too much liquid or gas enters the electrolyte and reduce the surface. No liquid or gas enters. e)    Activation energy reduces the work of cell. No activation energy. f)     Spurious chemical and electro-chemical reaction takes place at various places within the cell.  This is absent in ide
