Generally camshaft control valve when it is
closed or open. There are two types of engine more used valve mechanism such as
4 stroke cycle engine and 2 stroke cycle engine. Valve should be open and closed time to time
which is more preferable and helpful by control camshaft. There are three types
of valves one is Rotary valve, Poppet Valve and another is sleeve valves.
Valve and Valve Mechanism:
For exhaust gas which is residue and input of
cylinder air fuel mixture which should be provide time to time, all of this
input and output from a cylinder or a system controlled by valves. Among of the
three valves types Poppet valves is more popular and used worldwide universal automobile
engine.
Poppet valve mainly contain a circular disc
which is up and down with a spring. When valves open spring must be applied
external force. But now scientist is more developed their technology and
process such when spark and suction occurred in cylinder inlet valve is open
without any external force automatically. But automatic valve should not be
used in automobile engine because it’s speed is not so good, sometimes it take
a long duration for open valve and can
not get good efficiency. Camshaft should be put as soon as possible cylinder. Because
valve should set up a short distance from
cylinder for it’s easily open or closed.
